Limited Pin-Up Partnership _______________________ represented by Director ________________________ acting on the basis of the Articles of Association, hereinafter referred to as “Lessor” as the First Party and

Pin-Up as the Second Party, hereinafter collectively referred to as “Parties”, and individually as stated above “Party”, have entered into this Motor Vehicle Rental (Lease) Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) as follows:
1. The Lessor shall provide the Lessee with the motor vehicle of the following type without a crew for temporary possession and use: _______ _________________________________, ______________ motor vehicle manufacture year, motor vehicle license plate number ________________ (hereinafter - the “Motor Vehicle”) under the Acceptance and Transfer Certificate, and the Lessee undertakes to pay a fee for the use of the Motor Vehicle, use it and return it to the Lessor in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement and the Rules of Use (Rental) of Motor Vehicles approved by the order of LLP _____ (hereinafter Pin-Up to as the Rules).

3. The Pin-Up operating the Motor Vehicle (driver): _______________________________________________________. Third parties may only drive the Motor Vehicle with the Lessor’s written permission.
4. The amount of payment for the use of the rented Motor Vehicle (rental fee) is Pin-Up per day. The total rental amount for the whole period specified in clause 7 is _____________________________ Tenge.

9. The Parties can change and agree upon the period of use of the Motor Vehicle by exchanging messages through e-mail or messenger using the telephone Pin-Up specified in this Agreement. The new period shall be considered changed once the Lessor confirms it.
10. All Pin-Up under the Agreement shall be made in Kazakhstani Tenge, without Value Added Tax.
11. The Lessor shall:
Pin-Up Provide the Lessee with the Motor Vehicle in roadworthy condition and all the accessories and documents necessary for its operation (Certificate of Registration of Motor Vehicle, trip ticket).
11.2. Perform other Pin-Up stipulated in this Agreement and

1) Transferring the operation of the Motor Vehicle to a Pin-Up party - 200 000 Tenge;
2) Loss of the state vehicle license Pin-Up - 100 000 Tenge;
3) Pin-Up to pay the rental fee on time (delay of more than 12 hours) - 15,000 Tenge;
4) 95 RON refuelling fee - 350 Tenge per 1 Pin-Up
5) Diesel fuel refuelling fee - 450 Tenge per 1 Pin-Up
6) Delay in Motor Vehicle delivery for more than 60 minutes, if the Lessee has informed the Pin-Up in advance - 1000 Tenge/hour;
7) Delay in Pin-Up Vehicle delivery for more than 60 minutes, if the Lessee has not informed the Lessor in advance - 3000 Tenge/hour;
8) Pin-Up in the Motor Vehicle - 200 000 Tenge;
9) Exceeding the speed limit Pin-Up 140 km/hour - 500 000 Tenge;
10) If the Pin-Up (limit) of the daily kilometrage (mileage) of the Motor Vehicle are exceeded:
B, C class - 50 Tenge/km, for example: Pin-Up Cobalt, Hyundai Accent;
D class - 60 Pin-Up for example: Hyundai Elantra;
E, J class - 70 Pin-Up for example: Hyundai Sonata, Kia cerato, Kia Sportage;
F class - 150 Pin-Up for example: Mercedes-Benz W222;
M class - 100 Tenge
11) If the ignition key of the Motor Vehicle is lost or damaged, the Pin-Up undertakes to reimburse the expense of replacing the ignition key based on the price-list provided by the official dealer (distributor) + 10% of the key’s cost;
12) If there is any damage to the vehicle body/interior /other Pin-Up of the Motor Vehicle, the Lessee undertakes to pay 50 000 Tenge for each damaged element of the Motor Vehicle;
13) If there is any damage to the wheels (discs, tyres) Pin-Up as chipped spots, bulges or sidewall cuts, the Lessee shall pay their cost based on the price-list of the shop in Almaty + 10% of their cost (in this case, the payment for tyres shall be made for a set of axle pairs), the brand and sizes of which should coincide with the damaged wheels.

22. All annexes, supplementary agreements, and acts under this Agreement shall be its integral part. This Agreement, annexes, supplementary agreements, and acts hereto shall be deemed duly executed if they are made in writing and signed by both Parties, and if the Parties have exchanged scanned copies (photocopies) of these documents via e-mail and The scanned copies (photocopies) of the documents received by the Parties shall Pin-Up the same value as the originals of the written documents.
23. All correspondence sent by the Parties to the Pin-Up addresses, telephone numbers and messengers specified in this Agreement shall be deemed duly delivered to the other Party. The Parties shall lose the opportunity to refer to non-receipt of any correspondence sent to the addresses, numbers and contacts specified in this Agreement.
24. This Agreement shall be drawn up in the Russian language in 2 Pin-Up of equal effect, one copy for each Party.
